Fish & seafood restaurant

Quayside worship. Sjömagasinet is one of Sweden’s renowned seafood restaurants. Set in an 18th century warehouse with a tantalizing harbour location, it does not get more west coast than this. Only the best of the daily catch ends up in the kitchen to be skilfully prepared for traditional and more inventive dishes; the former signed by Chef-restaurateur Ulf Wagner, and the latter by his Chef de cuisine, Gustav Trägårdh, Swedish Chef of Year 2010. Lightly salted, boiled cod with a smoked oyster and blue mussel broth served with anchovy gratinated oysters? An innovative classic. And the wine cellar is one of Europe’s best stocked.
