Nordic sushi. Newly opened Saiko is in a class of its own and run by owner Pontus Johansson who recently came second in the sushi world championships. Saiko is small, simply decorated and with Japanese seating arrangements. The reasonably priced and superbly prepared sushi is Nordic inspired, using reindeer, lingonberry and herring with perfectly made rice. For SEK 100 or less you can order japas, a Japanese version of -tapas. Get oyster on cauliflower leaf; horsemeat; mini octopus, or whatever the season brings. And the homemade miso soup is probably the most authentic in Sweden.
