In Idre Sameby, the southernmost Sámi community in Dalafjällen, Helena and Peter Andersson operate the Sámi family company Renbiten. Food, traditional knowledge, reindeer herding, fishing tourism, and selling Sámi handicraft, food and other local products are on offer.
The company is well aware of sustainability issues and work directly in the reindeer herding. They cooperate well with accommodation providers in the area and are a major contributor to spreading knowledge about Sámi culture and way of life.
