Electrifying modern art
Moderna Museet Malmö is a subsidiary of the iconic Moderna Museet Stockholm specialising in 20th and 21st century Swedish and international art. The museum building has 809 sq. metres of exhibition space in a beautifully converted electricity plant building, with turbine hall still intact.
Active museum
Moderna Museet Malmö collaborates with Moderna Museet Stockholm, but independent exhibition programmes are also curated. Exhibits change several times a year and there are workshops, lectures and guided tours available for both adults and kids.
Moderna Museet Malmö is located at Gasverksgatan 22 and is a 10-minute walk from the Central Station in the city, or a short bus ride from the same place.

Tuesday-Sunday 11 am-6 pm and closed on Mondays and public holidays.
