Södermalm and Gamla Stan (Old Town) are the two major centres for gay nightlife in Stockholm. In Gamla Stan, with its winding, wending, cobblestone streets and medieval architecture you’ll find Torget; an all gender favourite, with different themes each evening. In Södermalm you’ll also find, for example, the male gay club Side Track.
Still on Södermalm there is the Sunday tea party on the steamship Patricia. If you want to rest your dancing feet, go to the upper deck where you can admire the lights of Stockholm.
Kolingsborg
When you’re ready for full-on gay carousing, the multi-floored Kolingsborg in Slussen hosts big and throbbing mainstream parties on Wednesdays (Sthlm Night Fever), Fridays (Garage) and Saturdays (Paradise).

Zipper
Some of Stockholm’s best gay parties happen just one night a week. On Saturdays it’s the popular and cute-crowded Zipper, playing house and schlager music (i.e., campy Europop) on two floors.

Patricia
Sundays bring out the wild gay side of Patricia, a former British lightship that’s been moored in Stockholm harbor since 1986, where she’s found new life as a (literally) rocking party boat.
