Midsummer is one of the most important celebrations in a Swede’s calendar. The successful midsummer party involves flowers in your hair, dancing around a pole, singing songs about small frogs while drinking schnapps and downing a whole load of pickled herring and new potatoes, followed by strawberries and cream.
