The Klarälvsbanan is a beautifully smooth-surfaced cycle path, built on top of old railway track. It wends its way from Karlstad in the south of Värmland, to Hagfors munipality in the north. No less beautiful is the countryside and sights along its 90 km length that takes in nine towns and the stunningly beautiful Klarälven river.
