The settings and characters of Astrid Lindgren’s books come to life at Astrid Lindgrens’ World.

Pippi Longstocking, The Children of Noisy Village, the Brothers Lionheart, Rasmus and Tramp, That Emil and Ronja, the Robber’s Daughter are all here.

If you are familiar with Astrid Lindgren’s book characters then you and the children are going to love Astrid Lindgren’s World. If you are not we think you will love them once you get to know them. Kids can go crazy at Noisy Village, meet Karlsson on the roof and the doors are always open at Villekulla, where Pippi lives with her horse. There is a children’s theatre at Wild Rose Valley with performances every day and don’t worry of you forgot to pack lunch, there are plenty of family-friendly restaurants and eateries serving food. If you take your own picnic there are many picnic sites around the park.

If it is your birthday admission is free (children only). If you decide to stay over there are chalets, camping cottages and a camping site nearby to choose from.
