Moose safari - meet the Swedish National Symbol in the wild.
Beaver safari - a real nature experience.
Imagine the splash of water when a massive 650 kg bull moose jumps into the small lake right in front of us. On foot, we hike in pathless terrain through one of the most heavily moose-populated wilderness areas on earth. We see many wild moose on each safari. It is promised that participants will see moose (the safari is moose guaranteed!).
Beaver safari - A spectacular show. A large splash breaks the silence and water rises spectacular towards the sky. A few seconds later, the water droplets descend back and melt into the surface of the lake once again. A beaver dove- flicking the water up with his long, flat tail. At sunset, while the sun goes down behind undulating forests, we paddle out on a beaver safari. Through the beaver-rich wilderness area, we move as silently as possible in Canadian canoes. The chances of seeing wild beavers in their natural habitat are very high. Many beavers were seen on all beaver safaris during the last few years.
The beaver and moose safaris are arranged in one of the most wildlife-dense areas of Sweden, the Malingsbo-Kloten Nature Reserve. The wildlife safaris includes: A 5-6 hour guided safari, a three-course dinner with many ingredients from the forest, a one-night in a double room, sheets, towels, breakfast with home-made bread and cereal. Over dinner we listen to an experienced and knowledgeable native Swedish wildlife guide, who informs us about the wild animals in the forest.
