Inspiro manages and coordinates meetings such as congresses (PCO), conferences and exhibitions. Inspiro also organizes special events and incentive services. With the contacts and experiences we have acquired during our years of operation, we are able to deliver cost effective and qualitative services.
The services are either function-specific or full-service solutions. Inspiro operates in three service areas: Congress management (PCO), Meetings & Incentive and Destination Management (DMC).
Our services include all of the administrative and organisational aspects associated with meetings, such as project management, finding suitable venues, hotel reservations, participant registrations among other things. Inspiro is also specialized in finding sponsors and organising exhibitions, which can provide additional income for the meetings.
